Great Scenery from Blue Hill, Maine

Here are a few scenes from Maine... first of all, the three-hour drive from the airport in Portland north-northeast to our place in Blue Hill took us past lots and lots of fall colors.

This dirt road is the way to our secluded little house atop the hill.

We had a private path from our little house down to Penobscot Bay. We enjoyed a few nice hikes there and in Acadia National Park. Unfortunately when we went to Acadia (in Bar Harbor), I had forgotten to replace the battery in my camera from recharging it the night before, so no pix of Acadia or Bar Harbor.

This is all scenery around Blue Hill and the view from where we stayed.
